PBS

The American Revolution

PBS approached MAMMAL to create a custom graphics package for Ken Burns' latest documentary, The American Revolution. The goal was to craft a visually rich look that honored the historical subject matter. Using slow zooms, layered parallax textures, and subtle ink motion, we brought depth and movement to otherwise flat Constitution papers. We delivered a main title card, text cards, quote and photo cards for social, and key art animation. Everything was build within a user-friendly After Effects toolkit, giving PBS the flexibility to edit and repurpose the graphics across every platform.
